Well here we go.  The first training video.  I felt pretty good on the bump, but I definitely could make some improvements.  I have to drive off my back leg a little more and I slow my motion during my change up and YOU CAN’T DO THAT.  Anyways I ran today.  Got all that Lactic Acid out today.  Looking to hop back on the hill Friday.
