Recap of last night: My locks of the Louisville vs Cuse over (141) and West Virginia both hit (as expected). What an exciting showcase by ESPN with both games needing overtime to decide the contests. Thankfully Cuse battled and took the game to OT or that over would not have hit but hey, that’s gambling for ya! So going into McPick 2 number two, THE DIG is a flawless (2-0). Let’s keep it rolling with tonight’s games.

Florida vs. Auburn

Opening lines
Spread: -10 Florida
Over/Under: 156.5
Moneyline: (-550 Florida, +445 Auburn)

SEC basketball has been primarily weak in the past few years besides the ranks of Kentucky. I’m happy to announce the SEC is close to making a comeback. I know I was a YUUUUGE fan of Corey Brewer, Al Horford, and Joakim Noah when they graced the country with an unlikely back to back championship run back in 05’-07’. Now the Gators are back on the map currently sitting in the 10 seed parked behind their conference rival Wildcats. Tonight, the Gators take on an Auburn team that has been historically GOD AWFUL against them. The Spread is set at -10 to the Gators but I expect them to ABSOLUTELY WASH the Tigers.

Predictions: Lock the Gators -10. They just pulled out an impressive win against Texas A&M and have had a two day rest period. Not only did they beat A&M, they beat a Kentucky team by 22 in their latest 6 game win streak. I think Calipari may have started his son that day with the manhandling Florida put on them. I expect the Over to hit as well. So yea, the ML is safe as hell tonight with Florida if you’re looking for a parlay lock.

Sacramento Kings vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Opening lines
Spread: -2 Lakers
Over/Under: 218
Moneyline: (-130 Lakers, +110 Kings)

So I’m feeling a bit risky today and will analyze my first NBA game for Water Cooler Sports. A PRIMETIME CALIFORNIA BATTLE featuring my man Boogie and the snitch of all snitches D’Angelo Russell. I expect an ABSOLUTE shit show featuring at least 1 tech. Both teams really aren’t playoff material which makes this game essential for BRAGGING rights.

Predictions: Lock the Over at 218. An ole’ fashioned gun show is about to go down. Swaggy P will be locked and loaded, and a strong performance will have to be put in by Julius Randle for the Lakers to keep up with Boogie’s play. I honestly believe the Kings +2 is a safe play but realistically anything can happen in this one so I’d tease if I were taking that route. Expect a close game with a nail biting finish. Lakers win by 1 on a ridiculous shot by either Swaggy P or D’Angelo.
