When Enes Kanter came to New York I will admit I was skeptical. I knew he was very close with his Thunder team and I wasn’t sure he’d be able to transfer that loyalty to New York.
Hand up on that one – I was wrong.
Enes Kanter on Saturday decided to take a stand against LeBron James’ claim that Dennis Smith Jr should be a Knick (and not Frank Ntilikina).
And naturally because LeBron is softer than baby shit, he HAD to respond…
LeBron James: “I wasn’t throwing shade at Frank at all for people that got their pants in a bunch.” He added that he was clarifying for “people who just live in the box and for Enes Kanter who’s always got something to say. He says, I don’t know what’s wrong with him.”

“…I don’t know what’s wrong with him.” – The Shot Heard Round the World (as this will come to be known as).
My prediction is that this is going to ignite a furious rivalry, and tonight at MSG is going to be the start of it all. Kanter is the new Knicks “bad boy” (think Anthony Mason but
hotter better Eastern European), and LeBron is the soft opposing “star” about to get bullied… I CAN’T WAIT.
Knicks by 40 tonight and it’s all because Kanter is so inside LeBron’s head, James is basically Enes’ puppet.
