First off, I’d like to make a correction to Tayls’ earlier article: It’s not “hand-to-hand combat” – it’s “without any weapons.” And now I’d like to respond to the haters.
First and foremost, this is a life or death situation. I love animals – all animals. I would never hurt an animal unless it was in defense of my life. I cannot stress that enough.
Now, secondly and most importantly, building off of that I would like to stress that this is a life or death situation. I believe a friend of mine (possibly Junior) had heard this question on KFC Radio from Barstool Sports and the way the question was initially proposed to me, you were stuck in a room with a cow with no weapons and the only way out of the room was to kill the cow. Since I am literally fighting for my life, yes, I believe I could kill the cow. That is my main reason for believing I can kill a cow; because if I don’t kill the cow then I die. Sorry for believing in myself and being confident that I will have the drive and grit to fight for my life and win. Do I think it’ll be easy? No. Do I think I can do it? Yes. Why? Because if I don’t then there is no more Ketch. I would do whatever I could to win the fight. Sorry for being a competitor.
Now everyone I always talk to about this, I always tell them how I would do it which Tayls outlined in his earlier blog. If you didn’t read it, in a nutshell, I would first break the legs and then jump/ground pound on its neck until it was dead. When I tell people this, they always say “you couldn’t break a cow’s leg.” I even hear them say “try breaking a human femur with a kick!” Hey idiots, if I had to break a human’s leg with a kick, why the hell would I kick someone in the femur, the strongest bone in the body. I would kick the knee. A joint. So on that note, why the hell would I kick a cow in the equivalent to their femur? I wouldn’t because that would be stupid. I would it kick the cow in the joint in its knee area. Again, do I think this is going to be easy to do? No. Doable? Yes.
So in summation, yes, I think if my life depended on it, I could kill a cow. And to be completely honest, if you don’t think you could do it, I kind of think less of you.
